The Weekend Warrior Monthly Training Membership provides monthly training programs focused on total body fitness and athleticism. Clients participating in this program can expect to increase overall fitness, gain strength, decrease body fat, improve athleticism and add muscle in the right places with a high emphasis on core strength. The Weekend Warrior Monthly Training Program is a 3 Day per week strength and conditioning program with 1 bonus day (maximum of 4 training sessions per week) which is designed to help you move, look and feel like an athlete.
This program is for everyday people who are looking to get back into the gym to help improve their health, fitness and physical performance which will allow them to feel better about their body, improve athletic ability and sport performance and help reduce injury risk during every day activities.
This is an inclusive training program which includes dynamic warm-ups, strength and power exercises, core strength and cardiovascular fitness.
